30 minutes waiting for food. Despicable performance from the Mcdonald team. No such thing as fast food here. Out range and disappointed beyond belief ?

I ordered food from the telford forge mcdonalds and it was wrong I had items missing and I'm allergic to the sandwich sauce which I had ordered my burger without but it came with it on. I am currently trying to call them and have called bout 10 times now and no one is picking up the phone

Been in this morning time 09.58 , 11 people waiting inside store , and waiting and waiting and waiting , staff seem to be working more on home deliveries and drive through than thecpublic in tne store, seems Mc donalds don't and high standards of customer service for customers in store , if that's way things going, mc... read full comment
