no paying in desk - I was told you cannot pay in with a cash machine so the only way to pay in is at the post office!. 3 staff standing around talking so doing what exactly - why not have 1 on the till. its an absolute joke! And don't get me started on the Shrewsbury branch - they basically have a man with a clip board...

Not enough staff on duty .When finally Seen staff member unwilling to help as we close in an hours time .
