Busy ppl but they try there best due to covid restrictions n basically ppl coming in to do stuff they could do simply on line or phone. 5 stars for all the staff here

Barclaycard using incorrect mobile no.I spent one hour on phone to Barclaycard trying to change no who finally told me they cannot change and I need to visit a Barclays branch to change.UNBELIEVABLE.

Very disappointing service at Barclays Telford Town Centre branch this week. I had a very straighforward query regarding a transaction that wasn't possible using one of the in-branch machines. Staff on the floor couldn't solve the issue and I was told I'd have to wait at least 45 minutes to speak to an advisor. Closure... read full comment
