Staff are sometimes rude . You can be waiting at counter for few minutes while sales staff finish what they are doing like sweeping up etc. They have a shop till and post office till. On same counter. So you can be at back of queue and people jump queue for post office. Very annoying.

Even by Post Office standards, this place is dire. I've been in a number of times and barely get a word out of staff. Overpriced and not even a thank you. I'll just use a courier service next time.
