Great friendly service and was willing to go the extra mile to get me rolling. The Ascend system (that all Trek stores use) made the process of payment, quick and seamless.

I picked up my new Trek from the shop yesterday and am over the moon with the Marlin 5 and especially with the service Will gave me. He has showed great customer skills and patience finding me the right bike for my budget. Thanks for the coffee's and enjoy the doughnuts. see you soon for an E bike fingers crossed. Raj
