No one even called us back, no one even consulted us. It seems to be that the only way to see a doctor is to do nothing else, just go to the hospital...

Saw practice nurse not his fault. Told him new medication was making me ill and sick. He asked Dr henshaw if she could change it back to my original medication no phone call or anything so rang up today and guess what still not even been looked at or sorted waited 19 mins on phone I was first in the queue it has now been... read full comment

Suffice it to say I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. I have been trying for 18 months to get help for cardiac problems . I doubt they will ever see me . ....Too expensive to refer to a consultant .
