Tried to return a faulty item that was purchased online. Found Adam at returns to be very condescending. Making me feel very unwelcome. I won't be using this store again. Very disappointed.

Just came here to get something to eat, we waited a while in the queue for the couple in front to be told there are no kids meals, then when we go served no wraps, no toasties and you can't add bacon or sausage to one ciabatta either, which meant half of the menu they didn't have, very poor for m&s specially when paying... read full comment
