Just had the loveliest young lady, Kirsty, serve me at the drive through. Very kind and patient while I faffed with my phone to make the payment. Great customer service and food cooked perfectly, by Josh I believe. Will definitely be back!

Received excellent customer service from Kirstie, nothing was too much trouble. The chef Josh took the time to come from the kitchen to answer my question about my allergies and KFC food. Would defo recommend KFC battlefield shrewsbury.
