Why is a large chips here smaller than a small at MacDonalds?

Ordered using just eat and unfortunately the food that arrived was wrong. Decided to call up. The manager answered and offered us a refund or we could collect our same order again in store.
Food was great and the service was superb.. however I cant comment on the atmosphere.

The service was exceptional, but the fries were cold but the chicken was delicious even though not as warm as I wanted to be. I can’t really give a verdict on the atmosphere because I was the only one in there.
