Impossible opening times, no way of getting any help. Postman unhelpful just said I don't know and shrugged his shoulders. 24hr signed for parcel gone missing with extremely expensive and sensitive equipment. Over 50mins waiting time on the phone as they are extremely busy...employ more people to answer the phone. Tracking... read full comment
