Decided to have kfc after the festive meals at home. Drovr up to drive thro Here at oswestry. Service from ordering very slow. Only 3 cars in queue. Pulled up at window, no aknowledgement. Absolutely shambles, waiting in queue for nearly 30 mins when there’s only 3 cars at drive thru! So slow don’t know what the staff are actually doing to be honest. Hire more staff or kfc will just shut down !!

Best KFC I have ever had!! I’m not a huge fan of KFC normally but my Wife and kids like it so we called in on the way home from visiting family, we have all agreed that without question that was the best KFC ever! Food was lovely and fresh.
