Communication from Tapi at Telford has been awful. We ordered new flooring before Christmas, which was due to be fitted 15th January, (fitters are brilliant, really helpful & wouldn’t want any other to do the fitting, first class). Carpet fitted today by brilliant fitters who not only did a good job but took all rubbish with them. Excellent service and advise from showroom staff. Really pleased with my new carpet . Not cheap but well worth it xx
