I went in recently to renew my passport which I was feeling anxious about doing.However, Paula that served me was amazing, she took complete control, her confidence put me very much at ease.The service was fantastic, Paula explained everything to me and I left feeling a lot better than I did when I arrived.Thank you Paula.
