Post office is usually closed early or not open at all. Understaffed

Do not use the cash point there today I tried to withdraw £200 and it did not pay out. It has not gone back into my account and I have reported it to my bank and the One Stop Staff. I suggested they put an out of order sign on the machine immediately.

This post office is useless, always a problem with staff! It’s never open for whatever reason, when it is open ( which is very rare) they are always at the back door smoking. Needs addressing urgently. If the post office staff don’t want to work, give it to someone who does. I’m not the only person with the same issue....
