    Useless and totally inept.I moved from Lloyd's because they were lazy and incompetent. Peak are even worse. I requested a repeat prescription six days earlier and today they told me that it wouldn't be ready for weeks. Went over to Boots and got my prescription within three minutes.

    I'm afraid I have to agree with other reviewers who say the service is unsatisfactory. I know pharmacies are under pressure, I know they have had staffing issues but it is so poor I am seriously considering using a prescription delivery service.
