Rather disappointed that when I paid for my petrol and said "thank you, goodbye" with a smile and in a friendly tone the grumpy old bloke who served me didn't even say a word. Can I say that I have just had a fine for non payment of petrol. Looked at my statement and can see that I went into the shop and purchased groceries and also diesel.
