Very short staffed. Food was lovely when we got it. We were told there was a 40 min wait for food but when it came it was more like 50 mins. This is now like a supermarket, you queue to order food, little customer service and poor quality food for the price. It was once a pleasant place but now it’s just lacks atmosphere and profit seems to be the sole consideration.
We have a unique relationship with the supplier of our ingredients. Ludlow Farmshop supplies us with fresh bread, artisan cheese, handmade butter, dairy ice-cream, our own farm reared meat, savouries and seasonal preserves.
Our food represents the best of Shropshire and our surrounding countryside. We are committed to sourcing everything on our menu as locally as possible because we believe that fresh, seasonal produce will give you a better plate of food.
