Pharmacy staff are rushed off their feet, but are so lovely and helpful. It is a challenging job that they do but it is done with a smile and a friendly demeanor.

So inefficient in Ludlow, customers are queuing for so long every day. Are all Boots stores this bad? It's not the staff, who are working hard, but asking just about everyone to come back in 30 minutes!! Very poor customer service
