We went to the Old Downton Lodge restuarant it's a bit off the beaten track but its well worh it.We went for dinner the food was superb and the staff could not do.enough for us.I.would highly recomend the Lodge thank you for a great experienceDavid and family

We went for the wife's birthday, and we had the 6 coarse tasting menu. We had the place to ourselves, and we would definitely recommend this for anybody who likes food with good surroundings , building very cosy.

We booked the six course tasting menu and were not disappointed. It was fine dining at a reasonable cost - well worth their Michelin listing.
