My steering rack joint failed as I was driving through Culmington, my front wheel locked up and I skidded to a halt on a blind bend. I went on a family holiday in the Welsh borders and was stranded for 2 days in storm Babet. They manged to fix my car within a few hours and the level of service was fantastic.
