Extremely rude staff who I overheard belittling and laughing at a customer. Two older women who should know better, I certainly wouldn't recommend their customer relations.

I have found some lovely gifts here, as well as many very useful things that I needed. The staff are helpful and friendly - it's one of those nice, traditional shops that you can rely on to have the thing you need.
