At 4 am this morning on my way to Heathrow I needed to fill my van I pulled in to the station and opened my passenger door so I could get to the fuel tank (this has to be done on a vw transporter to fuel up ) the lady inside took ages to put the pump on but any assistance I was filling up I opened the sliding side door... read full comment

Toilets were open, but without toilet paper. When asked they said the toilets should be shut so they wouldn't provide toilet paper. Could have just taken some off the shelves...
