There is no urgency to serve people who also have busy schedules. Management looks on while the one counter staff member has prolonged personal conversations with customers they know personally and seem oblivious to the needs of waiting customers

Categorically do not use this pharmacy.Having used it regularly for over 5 years, I can honestly say it is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used.Apart from the lack of customer focus, from the moment you enter the premises, not a single person behind the counter even raises a head.Not a single greeting, or a gesture...
