I received very poor customer service from one employee, with no offer of help when paying in cash. No acknowledgment let alone an apology either for waiting for 25 minutes, not even a smile. I won't be making a habit of using this branch again.

Had a lovely woman named Laura who helped me put a cheque into the bank. She was very helpful, patient and understanding with me and still remained friendly and smiling. For someone who feels overwhelmed and out of place at the bank she really put me at ease, we need more people like Laura!
