i went in today am made a mistake gave a 50 pound note instead of a 10 pound note. i called them and the girl said she checked but she was away for less than 13 seconds.... no way did she check..... very disappointed as i also work in retail.. thats very very poor service.. it was the only shop i was in today thats how... read full comment

Staff selling school children monster energy juice which is illegal in Scotland, spoke to staff who apparently didn't know they couldn't sell this to children one of around the 8 children served this was a primary school boy the others around 12-13yrs old. Apparently no-one i could speak to till Monday!!!! Very concerning... read full comment
