I am not enjoying shopping here these days. I don't feel welcome. I've had staff following me around the store, pointedly. I've also been told where to pay. The over focus on security in this shop is making the customer experience feel unpleasant. I spend a fair bit of money in this store. I don't think I want to do that... read full comment
