I popped into this store during my lunch break to check out the Apple watches today. I stood at the area where these were for some time & no staff approached me to offer assistance. I then wandered around the store and got to the front where 2 staff were chatting. One said hello, said 'are you killing time' to which I replied...

Zero stars it should be. Bought an integrated dishwasher and mid way through instillation realised the remaining instructions for refitting cabinet doors were for a different machine. Zero assistance from customer care. Told to take it out and take it back.
