Phone today looking for some advice in relation to a parcel. I spoke to an extremely rude woman whocould not be any lesshelpful and behaved as though the call was a huge inconvenience to her.

Our Post Office team are the best; cheerful,obliging and patient.Elaine provided expert assistance with an unforeseen return problem this morning ,which has now been resolved.The shop has a wide range of cards ,gifts and useful sundries: adhesive tape,envelopes etc.

Although not frequent user, I have consistently found all staff to be personable and helpful. If one member of the team is unsure of something (e.g. when I was using 'Articles for the Blind' postal service) a colleague stepped in and advised her in a non-condescending manner.
