Stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to get served, so we just left there was no sort of communication amongst them all while they were working

Ordered foot long meal, Coca Cola not delivered. At same time ordered a Classic BMT Salad. No Meat given. Next time I want a Subway, I will order a Big

Exceptionally slow service - 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Priority openly being given to online orders even when the queue was getting longer. No acknowledgement of wait time from any staff member. Order flung across to the till with no care or attention.
