This poorly maintained facility is only matched by its level of service. We booked a spa day with 3 treatments which we were over booked for and this was reduced to 2 prior to our visit. On arrival, this was further reduced to 1 with a very poor explanation. We would have cancelled or rescheduled as this was an hours drive... read full comment

Loved every minute from being greeted by a lovely young lady on reception (neve) I think, who’s local recommendations were spot on, To the well stocked bar, Room 333 was large with a huge comfy bed
The chocolates and drinks voucher were a nice surprise

We had a fabulous few days away and will definitely be back. A very historic hotel in a fabulous location for long walks around Stirling. The rooms are spacious, food is excellent, all round 100%!
