I must eliminate the exceptional experience primarily owing to the remarkable sales advisor Lauren!! Her expertise and knowledge were outstanding. She was friendly and not in the least the pushy sales person I have encountered previously on some stores thus serving as the catalyst for my decision to purchase at the store....

Very inflexible on delivery. Had to make contact numerous times. Promised responses did not come. In the end arranging my own courier at additional cost to have good delivered.
