I had to return a pair of walking shoes, my own fault as I didn't check the size on the shoes themselves. I thought they were a bit tight but they were a size too small. The staff were very gracious and exchanged them for me with only a very polite advisory about checking the sizes before purchase. I'll make the effort... read full comment

Stopped in during our recent holiday to get a warmer coat. The staff were above and beyond kind and helpful. It turned into more than just a purchase and was an all around lovely visit.

I got my first hiking shoes and trousers here. It was a really nice experience. I enjoyed the friendly service and great suggestions. My feet are UK2-3 so it's not easy to get suitable shoes. I'm glad I entered this store and asked for help.
