    Had an awful experience at this branch this morning. I visited the store at the weekend and asked if I could take the fabric sample home to colour match.     Excellent service. Will was great- gave us information so we could take our time round the shop to find the product that was right for us. Just the right amount of checking in with us. Not like their competitor across the road who ignored us- stood and looked at us when we were struggling to use a recliner.Recommend DFS.
