Staff consistently (over 5 times witnessed) rude, uninterested and an awful lot of them drinking cans of coke and irn bru while people waiting to be served. Made to feel that you are a nuisance for simply walking into your bank.

I find it very frustrating that I can’t give you “0 0 0 0” star rating so I’m left with only option which is to give you a 1. I visited yesterday 3-8-23 at around 4pm. Upon entering your newly refurbished futuristic space shuttle I was accosted by two young men who were chatting far too much between themselves.... read full comment
