Vile and unhelpful staff - they should not be working in customer service. I have seen customers humiliated by them on more than one occasion for not having followed the correct posting procedures - not everyone knows these things. Go to any other post office if you can ??

The site says closing at 5.30 pm. I was there at 5.15 and they were closed. This is NOT good enough. No wonder you get terrible reviews

Tried to send a passport back and wasn’t aware they closed for lunch! Who does this anyway, could they not stagger their breaks and they were so so rude.
