Really good customer service and really nice people. Always happy to help, nicest branch I've been in to - although I've always found nationwide staff friendly and helpful in the 30 odd years I've been a member - good job all round ?

My wife and I have been most impressed by our telephone call to the Branch and by our follow up visit today. Julie and the lady on the counter could not have been more helpful and pleasant.
