Bought items and never received them, apparently the boss seen it going into a bag for a delivery driver on cameras but nothing came to my house, so where’s my items I paid for ?

Staff need customer service training. Older women is obnoxious other staff congregate at back of shop gossiping. Boxes lying everywhere an accident waiting to happen. Waited 2 hours on delivery and half the stuff not in stock.
