Tell you have a prescription on phone...collect on Friday! I went on Saturday they cannot find my prescription ..I persevered to get my prescription after about 4 minutes oh they then give me my prescription...yes im not impressed by Boots chemist Dockhead Street good bye

Following Jean straight out the door. Absolute worse pharmacy experience ever at Saltcoats. Don't dare ever query what they give you for your prescription or they will tear a strip off you in front of everybody. Latest experience included three incorrect items which are unable to be returned. Too scared to check it before... read full comment
