Absolutely staff are ignorant and fo not help you at all, I removed most of my money to royal bank of Scotland, bank of Scotland next door, yes asking for passport and photocopied it , why photo copy , yes show them it but to photocopy Big no , manager ain't got any manners at all,Advice bank elsewhere

Dreadful since the bank changed its way of working. No staff available by phone to rectify the mistake they made setting up my account. Online chat offers no option for my particular issue.
