Wednesday 28 February. Practice closed from 12.30 PM to 15.30 PM for Staff Training. I assume this will be a regular event. It’s with more sadness than anger that I write this review. My daughter called the surgery this morning, with what she now knows, could have potentially been a medical emergency. She was told to call back tomorrow and the receptionist put the phone down. As a Health Care professional, I recognised her symptoms and helped... read full comment
