They told me over a year ago they would accept me and they would get in touch with me when it was possible to get a appointment still haven't heard anything despite me constantly enquiring and then being told they have no record of my original acceptance

Today was my first checking in appointment and a big shout out to Dr Mowlawi who made my first visit to the dentist very chilled and relaxing after not attending a dentist for 6 years.Also Carol at reception, so kind, friendly and patient while helping getting myself and family registered.What a great first experience!

My young son was told by omid when he started at the practice that he needed 2 extractions I found this very odd as did a second opinion from another dentist in the practice as they were both baby teeth and would come out on there own in a month and sure enough they did.On another occasion I was 10min early for my appointment... read full comment
