ALL the staff members are absolutely brilliant , I’m in nearly every day and have never had bad service , they are always polite and friendly and deserve 5 stars for the service alone . No complaints about the food either

Would be decent if they managed to have sausage rolls ready during lunchtime.
That's the 3rd lunchtime in the space of 2 weeks that I've been in with a long wait for sausage rolls because they've just been put into the oven.
A bit of forward planning might help

Got a nice blue white board pen when I got a delivery (sarcasm) I ordered food and got a blue white board pen, not amused, cold food, opened food, bashed in, certainly not ordering from greggs again, absolutely disgusting..., you are better off going there so you can 'watch what they are doing', never had a problem until...
