Went to the showroom to look at getting a stove fitted back in February 2023. Was told it would be May before they could come and give me a quote and a further few months to fitting. I left my contact details and at the end of the year they have still not been in touch. Good job I went somewhere else with better service.

We’ve just had a Solution electric fire installed by Hutcheson’s and media wall with alcoves built around it. The installation team were wonderful from start to finish, (special mention to Rodney). We have used Hutchesons to fit 2 stoves so far and on both occasions their staff have been wonderful. The fitters Peter and Sean done a brilliant job and cleaned up really well upon leaving. They were friendly and knowledgeable about their trade and explained well what I was unsure about. Would highly recommend them.
