Poor. Not normallyDreadful experience today. Glasses fitted with lens and they were fine when fitted on my face for the first time. However staff said they required adjusting and took them away.Came back extremely loose on my face.5 attempts to get it right but failed.Left the shop and returned to have them adjusted as...

The girls are very good at explaining what they are about to do. They never rushed me and nothing was a bother to them. The eye test was good and everything was explained by the optometrist to me also .
