Taken tobacco 50g yesterday for my friend without a receipt. Since the friend didn’t like it didn’t brake the pack & tried to change today. Rejected even packet not open & label is there, same staff & he remember me. There should be a way to change. They only need money!! Staff are really friendly and helpfull , they can't do enough for you . Very good community spirit . They have a great range of convenience and fresh goods as well as quality fuel. I don't go anywhere else now as the other shell station further along are horrible people .
