Some of the staff are very condescending and rude. I dread calling them to ask if my prescription is in before making the trip there. Conflicting information about turn around times. It all depends on who is working that day, and you hope it's someone who is a little less bored and fed up.

Thank you to Katie and all of the staff at this lovely pharmacy for their help during a medical problem while in the area on holiday. Katie couldn’t do enough for us and helped resolve the problem. Very much appreciated.

The whole place is a shambles, ten ordering for repeat prescriptions and even they fail to deliver. Floor covered with prescriptions and when they do find one it’s like winning the lottery. Attitude of the staff is appalling, unhelpful and rude. No process in place for shortfalls ( only word of mouth) then total denial...
