Took my daughter today to spend her gift card only to be told this service is not available .Nothing on the website about this ,staff are rude and arrogant .Never going back and will be taking this further up the chain as I have a video of myself being verbally abused by the staff .Stand by

Good prices and good delivery times but think its mad that they do not deliver presents discreetly. One of my daughters saw her Christmas present. Zero stars if I could, my item was cancelled as I only had 2 days to collect it, 2 days over Xmas ! Am I expected to drop everything and run to the store ? There's a reason I choose click and collect, absolute jokers, stay clear of this company and buy elsewhere
