Opening hours of 8-10 am what good is that to anyone.

Worst parcel delivery company in area, been waiting for parcel for 2 days, only to get notification that they had an issue in getting access to premises. No evidence they even tried to gain access, other delivery drivers got access with no issues.

Those opening hours are a joke. Privatisation was the worst thing to happen to Royal Mail. This is supposed to be a service, who does it serve?
