I have no idea where to start first! When we arrived at Motel Air the receptionist took so long to actually serve us then turns around and says our room has been “damaged” no other rooms were apparently available yet there was one car in the car park. They don't give you rates or availability on the internet, no matter what date you try for months in advance. When you call they claim the place must be booked out for months ahead and just end the call. Disgusted that my 18 yr old son arrived today with his pal only to be told you had no rooms even though it was pre booked. There was no phone call or messages to cancel beforehand so now they are left trying to find and pay for accommodation for tonight after travelling a fair distance into Glasgow ?
