Warm, modern, clean and comfortable branch. Always find staff pleasant and helpful. Being the only remaining branch in town the central location looking on to Dunn Square is good. Take the point about slower counter service, but how many people actually NEED to use a Branch counter these days ? Problems with disabled parking... read full comment

No longer allowed to park in the Bank Car Park despite Disability. Disabled spaces in the Street used by anyone.Staff are always telling you what to do even if it's not for your ease.
